ByWardi’s role
ByWardi receives, structures and coordinates requests for transfers, activities, dining, wellness and tailored services in Morocco. Depending on the service, performance may be supplied by an independent provider selected and confirmed in your dossier.
A request, indicative quote or automated message is not confirmation of availability. Only an explicit confirmation shown in the dossier or sent by ByWardi starts the agreed process.
Access and security
- You must provide accurate, current information and a reachable email address and phone number.
- One-time codes and session links are personal. Never share them, including with someone claiming to represent ByWardi.
- Team, host and provider workspaces are restricted to authorised users and assigned data.
Prices and payments
Prices may be fixed, ‘from’, estimated or quoted. Options, availability, participants, timing and provider conditions may change the amount before confirmation.
Where hybrid payment is offered, the clearly displayed ByWardi service fee may be paid online while the service balance is paid on site or directly to the provider as instructed in the dossier. Any displayed currency conversion is indicative and may differ from the amount applied by a bank or payment provider.
Cancellation, changes and refunds
Cancellation and change rules depend on the service, notice and provider and are supplied before final confirmation. Refundable amounts and costs already incurred are determined by those specific terms and mandatory rights that apply.
Contact support from your dossier as soon as possible. A no-show, significant delay or inaccurate information may limit available solutions.
Safety and conduct
Travellers must follow safety instructions, minimum ages, ability requirements, schedules, venue rules and local law. ByWardi or the provider may refuse or stop a service in case of danger, fraud, harassment or illegal use, without affecting mandatory consumer rights.
Hosts, partner links and providers
A partner link attributes a recommendation with the traveller’s consent. It does not change the traveller’s price and reveals only the intended tracking information. Partner commissions, payouts and duties are governed by their separate agreement.
Private provider contacts, negotiated costs and internal notes remain confidential. Hosts and providers may not use the platform to bypass a confirmed dossier, access another user’s data or send unauthorised communications.
Availability and liability
ByWardi takes reasonable steps to coordinate requests and maintain the platform. Interruptions, changing availability, weather, venue decisions or events beyond reasonable control may still affect a service.
Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, each party remains responsible for direct loss caused by its fault and must take reasonable steps to limit loss.
Intellectual property and prohibited use
The brand, content, photography, interfaces and platform elements are protected. Unless authorised, you may not copy, bulk extract, resell, bypass protections, conduct intrusive security testing or use the service for fraud or unlawful activity.
Complaints and applicable law
Open a complaint from dossier support or email hello@bywardi.com. We will first seek an amicable solution. Mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules applicable to your circumstances remain fully preserved.
Changes to these terms
The version applicable to a service is the one accepted or supplied at confirmation. General terms may be updated for future use; their updated date appears above.
